No matter the season, this is a handy guide!

First, some general guidelines:
🧴 30-50 SPF is recommended
⏰ Reapply every 2 hours
⛅️ Even if it’s a cloudy day, it’s still a great precaution to put on the sunscreen
🏊 Wear a rash guard or long sleeves
🧢 Hats are your friend- (13% of all skin cancers appear on the scalp!)

As for what to look for, aim for ingredients like:

(these should be the only active ingredients lists) instead of chemical sunscreen like:
