Prenatal Chiropractic
Prenatal chiropractic care is essential because your body begins changing from the moment of conception—whether it's your first pregnancy or your fifth. As your baby grows, so does the physical demand on your body: weight shifts, posture changes, ligaments loosen, and spinal curves adapt, especially in the lower and upper back. These natural changes can lead to discomfort, imbalance, and increased stress on your muscles and joints. Chiropractic care during this stage supports your body through these transitions, promoting better alignment, comfort, and overall wellness for both you and your baby.

Questions About Prenatal Care
Are adjustments safe during pregnancy?
Absolutely! We use a variety of gentle, effective techniques designed to provide symptom relief, enhance nervous system function, and support the well-being of both you and your growing baby. Our adjustments are specifically tailored to be much gentler than those typically used in traditional chiropractic care.
What experience do your doctors have with pregnancy chiropractic?
Our doctors have extensive training in prenatal care, gained through specialized internships, hands-on experience, and countless hours of advanced perinatal chiropractic education. You’re in expert hands, receiving the highest level of care.
What measures do you use to ensure my comfort?
We offer two different sizes of pregnancy pillows, allowing expecting moms to lie comfortably on their stomachs. When you're on your back, we can also prop you up with pillows for added comfort. Some of our perinatal clients prefer to be adjusted while sitting up, and that's perfectly fine, too! If anything feels uncomfortable during your care, whether it’s something from us or a past chiropractic experience, please let us know—we’re here to accommodate you.
When should I come in after giving birth?
Many of our postpartum mothers return within the first week following delivery to address any concerns and support recovery from birth-related trauma for both themselves and their baby.
